The Mission Behind Integrity Security Services
Providing government-level protection in the private sector while creating a second career home for law enforcement professionals
At Integrity Security Services, our mission has always been bigger than simply filling security posts.
We built this firm on a clear and meaningful purpose: to provide clients with government-level protection in the private sector while also creating a true second home and career path for active law enforcement officers approaching retirement and recently retired officers transitioning into civilian life.
Those two missions go hand in hand.
Private-sector clients today face a wide range of security concerns, from workplace violence and executive protection needs to property crimes, targeted threats, access control issues, event security challenges, and the growing demand for professional, reliable protection. Many organizations, families, and businesses want a higher level of security than what is traditionally offered in the private sector. They are not looking for someone to simply stand at a post. They are looking for trained professionals who understand threat assessment, situational awareness, crisis management, de-escalation, leadership, and real-world response.
That is exactly where Integrity Security Services separates itself.
Our goal is to bring a government-level mindset and standard of protection into the private sector. That means placing professionals in the field who have already spent years making high-pressure decisions, identifying threats before they escalate, and protecting people in unpredictable environments. These are not skills that can be fully taught in a classroom. They are developed through real-world experience, discipline, and years of service.
At the same time, we recognize something else that is often overlooked.
Every year, active law enforcement officers prepare to retire or recently retire after giving decades of their lives to public service. In many cases, they enter private life with an incredibly valuable set of marketable skills, yet those skills often go underused or are not properly valued in the civilian workforce. Men and women who have spent years mastering protection, investigations, leadership, emergency response, public interaction, and decision-making under stress should not have to start over in a field that fails to recognize what they bring to the table.
At Integrity Security Services, we believe those professionals deserve more than just another job. They deserve a place where their experience is respected, their strengths are understood, and their skill set is actively utilized.
That is why our firm is committed not only to serving our clients at a high level, but also to creating a professional home for active officers nearing retirement and recently retired officers who want to continue working in a meaningful role. We give those professionals an opportunity to carry their knowledge, discipline, and protective instincts into the private sector, where those abilities continue to make a real difference.
For us, this is not just about employment. It is about preserving value that would otherwise be lost.
Too often, the private sector overlooks the depth of experience law enforcement professionals bring with them. A retiring officer may have spent an entire career learning how to read people, detect suspicious behavior, manage conflict, respond to emergencies, and maintain calm in critical incidents. In the right private-sector environment, those same skills are extremely valuable. They can protect corporate executives, secure private properties, strengthen workplace safety, support special events, and help clients feel confident that their security team is made up of people who truly understand protection.
Integrity Security Services was created to bridge that gap.
We also understand that the transition from law enforcement into private security is not always simple. There are licensing requirements, state regulations, and administrative steps that can create unnecessary confusion for officers who are otherwise fully qualified to perform the work. That is why we assist active officers who are preparing to retire, as well as recently retired officers, with obtaining the proper licenses needed to work in the states we cover. We help guide them through that process so they can move into the next chapter of their careers with clarity and confidence.
This is an important part of our mission because we do not just want experienced professionals to join our team. We want to help them make a smooth and successful transition into private-sector work. We understand their background, we understand the licensing process, and we understand how to position their experience in a way that benefits both the officer and the client.
When a client hires Integrity Security Services, they are not simply hiring a security firm. They are hiring a firm built around experience, judgment, professionalism, and purpose. They are hiring a team that believes security should be proactive, polished, and rooted in real-world expertise. They are also supporting a model that gives highly qualified law enforcement professionals an avenue to continue serving at a high level after their public careers begin to close.
That dual mission is at the heart of everything we do.
We want our clients to know they are receiving a level of service shaped by real protective experience. We want law enforcement professionals to know there is a place for them in the private sector where their background is not only appreciated, but central to the firm’s identity. And we want the market to understand that private security can and should operate at a much higher standard.
Integrity Security Services exists to meet that standard.
We are proud to provide government-level protection in the private sector. We are proud to create meaningful second-career opportunities for law enforcement professionals. And we are proud to continue building a firm where experience, professionalism, and service still matter.
That is the mission behind Integrity Security Services.
